Ingredients

  1. chicken 1 kilo.
  2.  Ghi 125 garam.
  3. chop the large onions 3 pieces
  4. Black paper 10 pieces.
  5. small cardamon 10 pieces.
  6. Lentil sugar 2inch piece.
  7. Finely chop the garlic 10 pieces
  8. red chilli 2 tea spoon
  9. garam masala 1 tea spoon.
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Yogurt 250 garams.

Preparation recipe



  • Heat ghee in a pan. Now add onion, black pepper, cardamom and lentils.
  • When onionbecomes light brown, add ginger, garlic, red pepper and salt and fry for 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Then add chicken dal. Color will come on the chicken, then add yoghurt dal, mix well and place it on a Light weight, and cover it.
  • Then check that the chicken is not melted after the yogurt water has dried, and if it is not melting, add a little more water.
  • When the chicken is melted, the water has to be dried. After the water has dried, the chicken has to be ready.
  • Put hot spices in it at the bottom and eat this delicious dish with hot nan
