Cramps 

: A cramp is a sudden uncontrolled contraction of a muscle.

 ➡️Causes

 1) Age:Aldosterone age or older 65
 2) Excessive exercise
 3) Medical issues 
4) Dehydration
5) Early pregnancy :due to calcium changes .
 6) Overweight
➡️How to avoid it ?

 1) Avoid sudden changes other than routine work or increase in activity . 
2) Eat potassium or magnesium rich foods to main electrolytes balance in body 
 3) Stay hydrated 
4) Stretches may help to prevent cramps. 

 ➡️Tips:
1)Use cold or moist cloth for cooling the skin
 2)Use plenty of water or fluids.
