Neck and shoulder pain


 It usually is the result of strains and sprains for over exertion and bad posture.
How to avoid it ? 

 1) Exercise specially Neck and shoulders.
2) Use good posture
3) Massage the pressure points 
 4) Use hot or cold pads(heat or ice)24 to 48 hours cold pad and then heat .
 5) soaking in salt or warm bath.
